RoomerFlex™ is the only way you can purchase a non-refundable room and still get
money back if you need to cancel your reservation. Instead of losing all of your
money, RoomerFlex™ allows you to cancel your reservation any time, for any reason
up to 24 hours before the date of check in (local hotel time). With just 1 click, you can
activate RoomerFlex™ and receive a 70% refund via PayPal (minus the RoomerFlex™
fee and PayPal fees).

What does RoomerFlex™ cover?
RoomerFlex™ covers 70% of your reservation cost, excluding the RoomerFlex™
fee and PayPal

How do I purchase RoomerFlex™?
You have the option to purchase RoomerFlex™ when you pay for your non-refundable
hotel reservation. The RoomerFlex™ check box will appear on the review page of
your reservation.

Who charges me for RoomerFlex™?
The company you book your reservation with charges you the total cost of your
booking, including the RoomerFlex™ fee.

How much does RoomerFlex™ cost?
RoomerFlex™ costs only 4% of the total price of the non-refundable reservation.

How can I activate RoomerFlex™?
Once you purchase RoomerFlex™ you will receive an email with a ' Click to activate
protection' button. Simply click this button when you want to activate and cancel your
reservation. You don’t need to do anything after that. You will receive a 2nd email
confirming your reservation has been cancelled by Roomer and will then receive a
refund within

When can I activate RoomerFlex™?
You can activate RoomerFlex™ at any time up to 24 hours before the date of check
(local hotel time).

Should I contract the hotel or website where I booked the room if I need to cancel?
There is no need to contact the hotel, Roomer will refund you directly via PayPal. If
you do contact the hotel directly to cancel, Roomer may not be able to provide you
with a refund.

When will I get my money back?
You will receive your refund 14 days after activating RoomerFlex™, via PayPal.

How do I get my money back?
You will get paid via PayPal. Please reply to the email
Hotel Reservation Has Been Canceled” with your PayPal account address. If you do
not have a PayPal account, please create one on
PayPal.com.

Can I get the refund on the credit card I paid with?
For your protection, currently we only refund you through PayPal.

Can I get the refund in the currency I paid with?
You can receive a refund in the currency you paid with via PayPal. The refund is
subject to PayPal's fees and costs.

What should I do if I am having a technical issue with the activation button or if
I can’t find the email to activate RoomerFlex™?
